Recurring Subscription Terms of Use

1. Subscription Plan Terms and Conditions

• Applicable for General Cleaning (/A/C Cleaning) Service ordered from ServisHero (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (ServisHero) 
• Applicable for Bangkok and vicinity only
• The date and time of the scheduled services will repeat on a weekly basis
• The service will be provided by the same Hero (service provider) throughout the whole subscription period as far as practically possible - ServisHero has sole discretion as to whether to replace your assigned Hero
• You can change Hero once per subscription period. Fees will be applied for any additional changes
• Subscription Plans are only available with payment via credit card or debit card
• You may cancel your plan at any time but early termination fees will be applied (please refer to Cancellation Policy below)
• You can make 1 change (reschedule or cancel) to your scheduled jobs per month. Fees will be applied for any additional changes
• Any job rescheduling will require at least 48 hours prior notice. Your account may be charged for the full amount of a job session in the event you do not provide adequate notice
• You acknowledge that if you do not provide notice of cancellation prior to 30 days before the end of your Subscription Plan term, ServisHero shall consider that you agree to renew the Subscription Plan on a monthly basis, ServisHero will be able to charge your bank card for these purposes. (For example, if you subscribe to the 3-month plan to start on 12 July 2020, you can use services in the subscription plan from 12 July 2020 to 11 October 2020. If you do not cancel the plan, the plan will be renewed as well as the payment via your credit card on 12 October 2020)

• The packages are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable
• ServisHero reserves the right to disqualify any user(s) and/or reject any user(s) for the Subscription Plans
• ServisHero reserves the right to charge your bank card for any amounts due to us

• ServisHero reserves the rights not to change/refund any subscription plan to you
• Servis Hero (Thailand) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions or cancel the subscription at any time without prior notice
• The use of this service is subject to ServisHero General Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy which can be found at www.servishero.com

2. How subscription works

After subscribing to a package of your choosing, the service will start on your selected start date. The service will repeat on the same date and time on a weekly basis and be provided by the same Hero (service provider) - in some circumstances where the same Hero is not available, we reserve the right to provide services with an alternative Hero. 

Simply tap on ‘Account’ and ‘My Plans’ to view your Subscription Plan details.

Your Subscription Plan will automatically renew at a monthly rate at the end of your initial term unless it is cancelled. Any special pricing for the initial term will not apply after its conclusion. The subscription fee shall be charged to your bank card upon successful application and, if applicable, at the start of each month thereafter.

If we are unable to charge your credit card your account will be suspended..

If a suspended account is not successfully reactivated within 48 hours of payment failure , your Subscription Plan will be cancelled and you will need to re-subscribe to a new Subscription Plan and its associated initial term.

3. Cancellation Policy

We’d hate to see you go!

But if you need to, you may cancel your Subscription Plan subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation prior to the end of the initial Subscription Plan period: We will refund you for unused services subject to an early termination fee (for example, you have 10 sessions left on the cancellation date at THB400 per session and the termination fee is 50%. Total refund is THB2000) ;
• Cancellation after the end of the initial Subscription Plan period: You may cancel your subscription with effect 30 days later (for example, if your original Subscription Plan ends on 11 October 2020 and you choose to cancel the subscription on 15 October 2020, your subscription will end on 14 November 2020).
