What if the scheduled time is no longer feasible?
Let us know by giving us a call at 03-6211 6568 or live chat with us on the ServisHero webpage. We will assist you by rescheduling it to a time that is better suited to your needs.
What if I am paying for another person and he/she is not home?
Our Heroes will be using the contact details that you have provided. If you are paying on another person’s behalf, let us know by adding a remark in the text box labelled “Add any further details”, together with that person’s contact details.
I am not satisfied with the service session/quality of work. What do I do?
You can either call us at 03-6211 6568, write to us at [email protected] or live chat with us within 2 working days of a job being completed and we will arrange for another cleaning session.
The Hero broke/stole/damaged something. What do I do?
We strongly encourage you to resolve the above conflict(s) directly with the Hero. In the event that you are unable to do so, reach out to us within 7 days of completion of your job via email ([email protected]), landline (03-62116568) or live chat.
How does the cancellation process work?
If there are valid reasons requiring you to cancel the job, we will reimburse your payment as follows:

What is SHIELD and how does it work?
